EMPLOYMENT Safety and Security/ Security Dispatcher Legacy Health System. Utilizing all my skills as a Health Services Safety & Security Officer. From violent patients and visitors, to emergency helicopter arrivals this extraordinary position challenges me in every way. Responsible for managing a team of seven full time Security Officers at The American Red Cross. Proudly guarding America's Blood supply, this extraordinary position required management and scheduling skills, the ability to set an example for both employees and clients, constant diplomacy, and a total commitment to a wonderful team. It was an honor to use my diplomatic skills both in maintaining a safe and secure environment, and also in assisting blood donors with information and support. During my service there, I assisted with in-house investigations, walked hostile employees through the termination process, calmed agitated donors, and became skilled in the use of Closed Circuit Video Monitors. During my time at The Benson Hotel, I managed Security staff and events, protected the privacy of the clients, and initiated an internal investigation that ultimately saved the hotel hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. Every year I helped Organize and participated in the largest traditional international festival in Japan.
